For over 30 years, our firm has been representing and protecting the rights of injury victims and their families. The firm was originally formed in 1977 by John Breit. Frank Coppola and Bill Marlin joined the firm within a year of each other and have been practicing law together for over 20 years. In the early years of the firm, our practice included doing defense work for insurance companies. However, since 1995, the firm has worked exclusively for injured people and their families. We view our prior experience working for insurance companies to be an asset. By working for many different insurance companies over many years, we gained valuable insights as to how the insurance industry operates.
Today, the firm has three attorneys and more than 50 years of combined experience in the practice of law. Our practice includes a wide variety of cases involving injury and wrongful death. You won’t see us advertising on television. A slick advertising slogan has never won a case. We are accomplished Trial Lawyers with a proven track record in the courthouse. Most of our cases are referred to us by former clients, other attorneys and members of the medical community.
Firm members generally handle larger and more complex cases, in both state and federal courts, including air crash litigation, automobile and motorcycle crash litigation, insurance bad faith, medical malpractice, and various product liability actions. We specialize in cases involving catastrophic personal injury such as spinal cord injury and traumatic brain injury. Thorough preparation is our key to success in the courtroom. We work closely with engineers, accident reconstructionists, physicians, vocational counselors, life care planners, economists and others. Although the majority of our cases are in Colorado, we also handle cases throughout the Midwest and Western United States
Coppola & Marlin is a smaller firm by choice. We take a team approach to every case we handle, and we limit ourselves to a select group of clients in order to provide the highest quality and most sophisticated legal expertise possible. We only take cases of significance, where we can make a difference in the lives of our clients and their families.
Coppola & Marlin handles cases on a contingent fee basis. That means we are paid only when we win your case. We will review your case at no cost to you. For a free consultation, call us today.
